No. There is no cost and no obligation to buy anything. Simply complete the enrollment application, then we’ll create an account for your organization and send you a confirmation email.


After we receive your enrollment form and required documents, your application will be processed within 2 business days. We’ll send you a confirmation email to let you know your organization’s account has been created.


No, there is no minimum order requirement. However, your organization does pay a small shipping charge for physical gift card orders, so we recommend that organizations order enough to cover that cost and still raise money—usually around $200 in gift cards.

It’s completely up to you. Most coordinators place orders on a set schedule, every Monday for example, so families know when to place orders and when to pick up gift cards. Here are some tips for setting up your organization’s order schedule.

No. There are no membership fees or application fees, and participation is completely free. The families in your organization simply pay face value for the gift cards they order. There’s no selling or spending additional money on things they don’t need—they raise money by using gift cards to pay for things already in their budget.


The fastest and most secure method of payment is ACH transfer, which allows us to electronically debit a bank account belonging to your organization for the amount of the order. If you aren’t able to set up electronic payment, you can pay for your organization’s order with a check from the organization’s account (not a personal check). If you pay by check, we cannot begin processing the order until after we receive it. Learn more in our Organization Terms of Use.

Orders placed and paid for by 3:00 p.m. ET Monday through Friday are guaranteed to leave our office by the next business day. From there, delivery time depends on which delivery option you choose at checkout. Reference these shipping options to plan your order schedule. All UPS delivery times are calculated from the time the order leaves our facility, not the time you submit the order.


If the order contains eGift cards or money added to reloadable cards, they’re delivered directly to family accounts and cannot be cancelled or returned. If you need to cancel a physical gift card purchase, please call Customer Support right away at 1-800-727-4715 Option 3 or email us at support@shopwithscrip.com. We will check the status of the order and, if possible, remove the physical gift card from your order.


As the coordinator, you have the power to invite local brands that sell gift cards to participate in gift card fundraising. Visit Add Local Brands to Your Program for more details. Another option is to encourage families to buy general purpose gift cards, including American Express, Discover, and Visa, so they can still earn on brands that don’t participate.
