Only physical gift cards that are purchased through ShopWithScrip may be reloaded IF the retail brand offers that option. eGift cards (ScripNow®) are not reloadable.
To find out which brands offer reloadable cards, go to ShopWithScrip.com on desktop or MyScripWallet.com on your phone and select Shop>Card Type>Reload. Or, when searching for a specific brand, move your mouse over their logo to view available product types. The Reload icon will only appear if reload is available for that brand.
In order to register a physical gift card for reload, it must meet the following criteria:
The reload option must be offered by the retail brand.
The gift card you are registering must be a physical gift card purchased from ShopWithScrip within the last 12 months.
The gift card cannot have a $0.00 balance for more than 60 days.
To add a card, sign into your account and select the brand you want to register. Click on the reload option for that brand, fill in the information, and click ADD/REGISTER CARD. Then you can add the dollar amount you wish to reload.

If the brand is noted as ReloadNow, the funds should be available on the card within minutes. If it’s noted as Reload, the card may not reload until the next business day.
If the reload has failed, you will receive an email stating the reason for the failure and providing details on how it will be handled.
