Reloadable Cards

To find out which brands offer reloadable cards, go to or on your phone and select Shop > Card Type > Reload. Or, select a specific brand to view available gift card types. The Reloadable Card icon will only appear if that brand offers reloadable cards. Please note that you can only add money to reloadable cards purchased from us.

To register a reloadable card, for security reasons, it must meet the following criteria:

  • A reloadable card purchased from us within the last 12 months.

  • Cannot have a $0.00 balance for more than 60 days.

Sign into your account and select the brand you want to register. Choose the Reloadable Card option for that brand, fill in the information, and select Register Card. Then you can add money. You’ll need the card’s serial number, then you can name the card so you can differentiate multiple cards from the same brand (i.e. Dad’s Starbucks card, Mom’s Starbucks card). All of the reloadable cards you have registered are listed under the Reload tab in your Wallet. There, you can select individual cards to view remaining balance information, see the date you last added money, and rename.

If the transaction failed, you will receive an email that states the reason why, along with details on how it will be handled. Please call Customer Support at 1-800-727-4715 Option 3 if you have questions.

You’ll receive an email when funds are available on your card. Or you can go straight to your Wallet where funds will appear. If you don’t see your funds, check your email to see if you received an update or call Customer Support at 1-800-727-4715 Option 3.

Enter an applicable amount between the minimum and maximum provided by the brand.

You can add money to a single card up to 99 times, depending on the brand.
