eGift Cards

eGift cards are delivered directly to your account instead of being mailed to your coordinator. View the eGift card for instructions on how to use it, to learn if you should print it or if you can show a digital copy on your phone when shopping at a store. When shopping online, copy and paste the code at checkout to apply it to your purchase. 

Log into and select the Shop tab. Narrow your search by Card Type and choose eGift Cards to browse all brands that offer eGift cards. Or, when searching for a specific brand, select the brand to view available card types—the eGift card icon will appear if that card type is available. You can also shop eGift cards on your phone at On the Shop page, choose eGift cards to see all available brands.

Most eGift cards paid for online are delivered within minutes. eGift card orders paid for with a check are fulfilled shortly after your coordinator releases your order. You’ll receive an email when your eGift card is ready with instructions on where to find your eGift card and how to use it. Or you can go straight to your Wallet where it appears when it’s ready to use.

If you don’t see an eGift card in your Wallet, check your email to see if you got an eGift card delivery issue email.

For quick delivery, paying online with a credit card or bank account is recommended. When you pay online, you’ll receive your eGift cards within minutes. If your coordinator allows, you can pay by check, but this will delay the process since your eGift cards will be delivered after your coordinator receives payment and releases your order.

It works the same way as a typical gift card. The remaining balance is left on the eGift card for future use.

No. eGift card orders cannot be canceled or returned. Learn more in our Return Policy.

After you’ve used the full balance of an eGift card, in your Wallet, select Hide to clear it from your view. If you want to see it again, select Show Hidden.

Absolutely, as long as you’re logged into Send an eGift card directly to someone’s inbox to surprise them with a special gift. The recipient will receive an email with a personalized note you can write, then they follow a link to view and print their eGift card. They can use it shop online or in-store.

To send an eGift card as a gift, choose an eGift card and at checkout, select the box next to “Make this a gift?” You’ll be prompted to enter the recipient’s name and email address. Add your name and a personalized message, and select when you’d like the eGift card delivered—whether that’s immediately or on a specific day, like a birthday or anniversary.

For some brands, you can select the image you want to appear on the eGift card. You’ll see available options to choose from on the order screen.

You choose the date you want it to arrive, anytime from the date you place the order to a year later. If you pay for your order online with a credit card or bank account, the eGift card can be delivered shortly after you place the order. If you pay by check, the eGift card cannot be delivered until shortly after your coordinator releases the order. If the delivery date has passed and your coordinator has not released it, contact your coordinator if you would like to cancel it.

Your phone number is required so we can contact you if the eGift card cannot be delivered to the email address provided.

You can see the delivery status and delivery date in your Wallet.
