Gift Cards

Gift cards you order from us are provided by participating brands, so use them like any other gift card at any of the brand’s participating locations and online stores. Before you purchase a gift card, on the brand’s page, you can get detailed information about how and where it can be used by selecting View Card Terms.

Physical gift cards are always shipped to your organization’s coordinator. Ask your coordinator about their distribution schedule. When you pay online, most eGift cards are delivered to your account within minutes. Get more details about eGift card delivery in the eGift card FAQs.

Rarely. If we temporarily run out of a particular gift card, you will see a Temporarily Unavailable banner on the brand’s page, which means we’re working to resolve the issue. It’s usually fixed quickly.

If you ordered a gift card that’s now temporarily unavailable, it will be placed on backorder and shipped with your organization’s next order. Get more details in our Organization Terms of Use.

If a physical gift card is ordered by mistake, please contact your coordinator. Money added to reloadable cards and eGift cards cannot be returned. Get more details in our Return Policy.
